MARX TO PYOTR LAVROV

IN LONDON

[London,] 23 April 1877

(BIRTHDAY
OF SHAKESPEARE)

My dear Friend,

On my daughter Tussy's behalf I am sending you a ticket (for two people) for the STALLS at the Lyceum Theatre. It is for today's (Monday's) performance. The play is Richard III.[1] It would be as well if you were to get there a little after seven o'clock.

Yours ever,

Karl Marx
